McCabe succeeds Jennifer Lupo, who will retire after 21 years with the Company


Promotion to drive continued growth of exhibitor relationships


NEW YORK – April 13, 2026National CineMedia (NASDAQ:NCMI) (NCM), the largest cinema advertising platform in the US, today announced Bernadette McCabe as Vice President, Exhibitor Relations for NCM and Spotlight, effective May 5, 2026. McCabe will succeed Jennifer Lupo, who will retire from the Company on May 4, 2026. McCabe and Lupo will continue to work closely to ensure a seamless transition for the Company’s partners.

 

McCabe’s appointment is a testament to her deep cinema experience and relationships with the exhibitors, joining NCM through the Company’s strategic acquisition of Spotlight Cinema Networks (“Spotlight”) in November 2025. Under her leadership, she grew Spotlight’s exhibitor network by 20%, in addition to overseeing content acquisitions, programming, and the day-to-day operations for Spotlight’s event cinema division, CineLife Entertainment. McCabe previously held roles at MoviePass, where she drove exhibitor partner network development, and Screenvision, where she rose to Senior Vice President of Business Strategy.

In this role, McCabe will continue to build on the combined power of NCM’s robust exhibitor network and the Spotlight exhibitor network, which is dedicated to serving art house, luxury and dine-in exhibitors.
