As the US Representative for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, NCM facilitates the annual Young Lions competition, which invites the rising stars of the industry – creative, digital, PR and media professionals under the age of 30 – to respond to a brief featuring a non-profit organization. The winning Team USA competes in person at the global annual festival in Cannes, France – all expenses paid. It’s kind of a big deal.
