At NCM, we are passionate about creating unique opportunities for our interns and we strongly believe in providing personal and professional growth to the next generation workforce.

About our program

We hire college interns each summer for a paid, 10-week internship from June to August (dates TBD each year), with flexibility to extend the internship into the Fall semester depending upon the department’s need.

While each of our internships are different and vary based on department and location, our program has components that are tailored for the intern’s experience and professional development, including a nationwide weekly speaker series with industry experts, client visits, team project & presentation, off site field trips, etc.

We have internship opportunities in our major offices across the U.S., including New York, Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles. Internships are typically available in the following areas:

New York:
•Digital Ad Sales Strategy
•Media Research
•National Advertising/Sales

•National Advertising/Sales

•Digital Advertising Operations
•Finance/Internal Audit
•Human Resources
•Legal (unpaid externship through University of Denver Legal Externship Program)

Los Angeles:
•Digital Software Engineering
•Digital Products Project Management
•National Advertising/Sales

Requirements: Applicants must be enrolled in either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at an accredited institution of higher education.

College Credit: While our internships are paid, you may also receive college credit if your college/university deems you eligible to receive college credit for your paid internship. Interns are responsible for coordinating all required documents in order to receive credit.

Hiring Timeline: Internships are typically posted in late February with the goal of having all interns hired by mid-April.
