Kurt C. Hall is chairman and chief executive officer of National CineMedia (NCM), LLC and National CineMedia, Inc.
Prior to his current position, from May 2002 to May 2005, Mr. Hall simultaneously served as both co-chairman and co-chief executive officer of Regal Entertainment Group, and president and CEO of its media subsidiary Regal CineMedia Corporation (which became National CineMedia in 2005). Previously, Mr. Hall held various financial and executive positions with United Artists Theatre Company and its predecessor companies, including CFO and ultimately CEO, before it became part of Regal Entertainment Group in 2002. Prior to joining United Artists in 1988, Mr. Hall served as director, accounting and financial reporting for Avalon Corporation, a public independent oil and gas real estate company based in New York City. He began his career as a senior accountant with Peat Marwick Main & Co. (currently KPMG Peat Marwick) in Denver, Colo.
Mr. Hall also serves on the board of directors of RMG Networks, Inc. and is a member of its compensation committee.

Clifford E. Marks

Clifford (Cliff) E. Marks is president of sales and marketing with National CineMedia (NCM), LLC, and National CineMedia, Inc. An advertising, marketing and sales professional for nearly 30 years, Marks leads the NCM Media Networks marketing, sales and advertising division based in New York City.
Prior to his current position, Marks served as president of sales and marketing with Regal Entertainment Group’s media subsidiary, Regal CineMedia Corporation, which became National CineMedia in 2005. Previously, Marks was a 14-year veteran of ESPN/ABC Sports, where as senior vice president he oversaw its $2.0 billion sales organization. Working with top national advertisers such as Anheuser Busch, Circuit City, MCI, Toyota, AT&T, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC, Marks was instrumental in developing vertically integrated advertising packages for clients across multiple platforms, including ABC Sports programming, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, ESPNews, ESPN.com, ESPN magazine, ESPN radio and ESPNZone restaurants. From 1986 through 1989, Marks was an executive at The Nashville Network. He began his career at prominent New York advertising agencies Young & Rubicam (1985-86) and BBDO (1983-85).
He currently serves as president and chairman of the Cinema Advertising Council (CAC), as a director on the Executive Board of the Screen Advertising World Association (SAWA), and also serves on the marketing committee of the International 3D Society. In 2009 and 2010, Marks was named one of The Mediaweek 50 top executives in the advertising industry.

Gary W. Ferrera is the executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and chief risk officer (CRO) of National CineMedia (NCM), LLC and National CineMedia, Inc. He manages NCM’s finance team from the company’s Centennial, Colo. headquarters.
Prior to joining NCM in 2006, Ferrera held various leadership positions in accounting and finance, most recently as the interim chief financial officer of the German cable company iesy Hessen, GmbH (now known as Unity Media). From 2000 to 2005, Ferrera held positions in both the United States and Europe with Citigroup’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank, where he spent the majority of that time advising and financing European media companies. Ferrera also held positions as an investment banker at Bear Stearns and as an international tax consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Bennett Fogel

Bennett Fogel is executive vice president of sales and marketing partnerships with National CineMedia’s NCM Media Networks in New York. He is responsible for developing new business strategy, introducing new advertisers to the cinema medium and orchestrating integrated deals across NCM’s multiple platforms.
Fogel joined National CineMedia in 2008 after more than a decade as executive vice president of sales and marketing with Univision, where he led a team of business development executives which helped grow the Univision Networks from $250 million in revenue to over $1billion in sales. Prior to Univision, he spent eight years with Disney in several positions, including vice president, general sales manager at KCAL, Disney’s owned and operated station in Los Angeles, CA. During that time, he also helped create Disney Sports Media, a unit which handles all aspects of Disney’s sports media properties and KCAL sponsorships including the Lakers, Kings, Clippers, Angels, and Mighty Ducks.
A graduate of Hofstra University, Fogel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

As National CineMedia (NCM)’s Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Dave Kupiec supervises the National, Regional and Interactive advertising sales teams of NCM Media Networks, as well as Marketing and Sales Operations, from the company’s New York office.
Kupiec joined Regal Entertainment Group’s media subsidiary Regal CineMedia Corporation in 2002, which became National CineMedia in 2005. Prior to this, Kupiec served as publisher of Wenner Media’s Men’s Journal magazine. He joined Men’s Journal in 1999 as associate publisher and was promoted to the magazine’s top post in February 2001. Before Men’s Journal, Kupiec was advertising director at Weider Publications’ Men’s Fitness from 1998-1999, as well as marketing director of Conde Nast’s Gourmet (1993-1998). For ten years prior to his appointment at Gourmet, Kupiec worked on the agency side of the media planning business, his last position being vice president/associate media director at Bates Worldwide Advertising (1987-1993).
